You will be required to pay for repairs based on the official BMW Motorrad quote for the damaged parts. This ensures that all repairs are done to the highest standard,

Receipt & Parts Provided
Once the damages are settled, we provide both a receipt and the damaged parts, allowing you to easily claim reimbursement from your insurer.
Unexpected Cases
In the event of theft or fire, our insurance ensures you're also covered!
Stolen? No Problem!
For the insurance to cover a stolen motorcycle, the key, papers, and a police report must be provided. If these conditions are not met, the rider will be responsible for the full cost of the bike.
Fire Protection Guarantee
Our insurance covers fire aswell, but a police report along with the papers must be provided otherwise the rider will be responsible for the full cost.
Key Loss Policy
In case of key loss, the rider will be responsible for a $500 fee, which covers the cost charged by BMW Motorrad to provide us with a replacement key.
A new bike provided
A replacement bike will be provided once the necessary procedures with the police or relevant authorities are completed.
A Smooth Process
Rental Process :
Choose your preferred options for each bike and fill in your personal details in the booking form. In the comment section, it's helpful to include your rental dates, details about your riding experience, the ride location, and any other information you'd like to share.
Our team will respond within 24 hours via email to confirm availability. Once confirmed, the bike will be reserved for 3 days. To fully secure your reservation, a small deposit via bank transfer is required, without it, the bike will be available to other riders.
Once the deposit is made, your bike is fully reserved. We’ll stay in touch to assist with any questions about delivery or anything else you need.
On your rental day, we’ll pick you up from the airport or your hotel and bring you to our office to complete the paperwork and payment. Then, you can start enjoying your rental!
When you return the bike, our experts will inspect its condition. If there are any issues that are the rider's responsibility, we’ll kindly ask for coverage of the damages. Afterward, we’ll offer a free car ride back to your accommodation or the airport.
